| Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts
in Management and Organizational Development
from Spring Arbor University. Prior to his
career at Providence, he worked at PMC Mortgage
Company, a national mortgage company, as Vice
President. In this role he managed sales and
business development for branches covering the
continental United States and Hawaii. Along with
Timothy Sambaer and Jerry Sambaer, Bill is one
of the three founding members of Providence.
Bill is responsible along with his two partners
for the overall direction and strategic vision
of the company. His daily activity includes
responsibility for all aspects of sales,
business development, and business partner and
investor relationships. |

| Bill was raised and currently
resides in Lansing. He is the chairman of the
Lansing Township Planning Commission, Committee
Member of Successful Beginnings at the Greater
Lansing Association of Realtors and a Board
Member of the Mid Michigan Mortgage Lenders
Association. In his leisure time, Bill enjoys
time up north, athletics and spending time with
his family. Bill is married to Kimberly and has
three daughters: Natalie, Nicki and Nina. |
