Bio: |

| Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology with a concentration
in Genetics from Michigan State University. Prior to
his career at Providence, he worked at First National Bank
of America as the Acquisitions and Servicing Manager for Equifunding,
a FNBA subsidiary that acquires mortgage-backed securities. Along
with William Hufnagel and Jerry Sambaer, Tim is one of the
three founding members of Providence. Tim is responsible
along with his two partners for the overall direction and strategic
vision of the company. His daily activity includes responsibility
for all aspects of the processing, underwriting and closing
operations of the company as well as the management and development
of marketing and sales support. |

| Tim was raised and currently resides in Lansing. He is
a Board Member for St. Vincent Catholic Charities and is the President of the MSU
Alumni Club of Mid-Michigan. In his leisure time, Tim enjoys
reading, basketball and spending time with his family. Tim
is married to Melissa and has three children: Thomas, Adam and Julia. |
