Paul’s career in real estate
financing began in 1989 when he became
responsible for managing the sales, financing
and marketing of one of Michigan’s first
Recreational Vehicle (RV) campground condominium
developments located in Houghton Lake. As a
licensed real estate sales agent, Paul managed
the sale of condominium lots as well as the RV
based housing units placed in the park and
worked with local banks to setup and provide
financing programs for buyers.
In 2002, Paul served as both a residential loan
officer and business manager for the Lansing
office of Sure Financial Corp, a Michigan based
mortgage broker located in northern Michigan,
and in 2004 opened a new branch office for Sure
Financial in DeWitt, Michigan operating it until
the fall of 2006. Paul then spent a year with
Citizens Bank as a residential mortgage loan
officer before assuming his current position as
a Mortgage Banker with Providence Mortgage.
Paul believes strongly that the primary
importance of his work as a Mortgage
professional is to develop a significant,
long-term relationship with his clients in an
effort to fully understand their financial and
personal circumstances and goals regarding the
financing of their most significant asset, their
homes. With a deep understanding of his client’s
resources as well as what they are trying to
accomplish, he is able to provide a very high
level of professional service and advice. |
