Bio: |

| Jerry earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
with a Major in Accounting from Central Michigan University. Prior
to his career at Providence, he worked as an auditor at KPMG
Peat Marwick, an international accounting firm. While
at KPMG he served several SEC client engagements such as Amway
Asia, Hitachi Magnetics, Jackson National Life and Westinghouse. He
also specialized in the firm’s Insurance and Manufacturing
lines of service. Along with William Hufnagel and Timothy
Sambaer, Jerry is one of the three founding members of Providence. Jerry
is responsible along with his two partners for the overall
direction and strategic vision of the company. His daily
activity includes responsibility for all aspects of administrative
functions of the business; including government compliance,
budgeting and financial statements, coordinating audits, computer
networking, telephone systems and human resources. |

| Jerry was raised and currently resides in Lansing. He
graduated from Lansing Catholic Central High School. He
enjoys basketball, coaching, golfing and traveling with his
family. He is a Committee Member for Coaches for Kids
benefiting Children’s Miracle Network and the Sparrow Foundation. He
coaches the Junior Varsity Boys Basketball team at Lansing
Catholic as well as other sports his children are involved
in. Jerry is married to Petra and has six children: five
sons and a daughter; Nicholas, Abbey, Patrick, Gerald III,
Mitchell and Benjamin |
